At Brilliant Aussies, we're committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔄 Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Items must be in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Discounted & Promotional Items

Items purchased at a discounted price, including sale items, promotional offers, clearance items, or products purchased using a discount code, are not eligible for a refund or return for change of mind.

This includes situations where the item has not been opened, used, or activated.

Refunds or replacements for discounted items will only be provided where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Pillows and seat cushions

  • Compression socks

  • Beauty devices

  • Eye massagers

  • Any personal care items that have been opened or used.

 

🔔 Product Safety Recall – Charger Only (Ultra-Light Cordless Leaf Blower)

 Recall Refund Policy Notice
Due to the current safety recall relating specifically to the charger supplied with the Ultra-Light Cordless Leaf Blower (Model 220), please note that the recall applies only to the charger and not to the blower unit itself. The blower remains safe to use when paired with a compliant charger. As the product itself is not subject to the recall, refunds for the full blower are not being offered as part of this recall process. Customers who have registered will receive the appropriate recall remedy for the affected charger in accordance with the published recall notice.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photographic or video evidence of the issue.

  3. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Note: Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself, as this voids the return eligibility.

30-Day Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to our return conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.


🚚 Shipping Delays

We strive to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary due to external factors affecting courier services.

  • Delays: Shipping delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

  • Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders to monitor delivery progress.


❌ Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Note: Suspicious or fraudulent orders will be canceled, and payments refunded within 10 business days.


💳 Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delays: If you haven't received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.


📦 Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await return authorisation and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Important: Do not return items without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
