Processing Time:
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery generally takes:
Metro areas: 3–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–12 business days

Tracking info will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on the move.


⏳ Shipping Delays & Tracking Updates

Sometimes couriers experience unexpected delays due to weather, peak season, or operational backlogs.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking to update after dispatch — this does not mean your parcel hasn’t been shipped.

Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
